Oust 1.1.0 Release with OustEd: Editor for Oust

After a longer gap than I'd hoped for (real life is very annoying sometimes), an update is now available for Oust that lets you tweak how sensitive the controls are (a bit) and fixes a couple of minor bugs.

Also OustEd, the editor I used to make the game, is available now!
